A seasoned Chief Marketing & People Officer as well as brand agency owner, Bennett previously held leadership roles at industry leading brands including Power Home Remodeling, Allebach Communications, and Roska Direct. Over the past 25 years, he has worked with a diverse range of clients spanning home services, healthcare, retail, fragrance, food, finance, sports management, and real estate. Among this work, he has helped create and lead notable campaigns for L’Oreal, Eli Lilly, Sabra Hummus, BIC, Sheaffer, Stetson Cologne, SeventySix Capital, and Univest National Bank.
Today, Bennett is a trusted advisor to executives of both established companies and start-ups on brand revitalization, product transformation, process evolution, and revolutionizing employee experience. From podcasts to conference rooms, Bennett is furiously passionate about internal and external audience experience, as he is meticulous about measurement.
At home, he is the proud husband to Mindy and the not so cool father to Michael, Harrison, and Logan … oh, and Jojo, their mini goldendoodle. She’d throw a fit if not included.

Over the past 20+ years, she has led the founding and development of both customer and employee experience functions, building from ideation through full implementation. Across financial services, banking, pharma and insurance, Tamar has developed and managed journey transformation, listening initiatives, training, metric dashboards and initiatives targeted to increase customer and employee loyalty and business value.
