    Frequently Asked Questions

How does the four-week process work?

Week by week we engage in the workplace; interview the people who deliver, manage and experience it; analyze data, service tickets, onboarding, tech/AI and utilization; then score the experience and align on critical priorities — from kickoff to readout in four weeks.

What do I receive at the end?

Five deliverables: an Experience Heatmap, a Friction Map, an Ownership Map, a set of Priority Opportunities, and a 90-Day Action Roadmap — presented in a closing executive readout with priorities and ownership.

How much time is required from my team?

Participation is concentrated in the interview and readout stages. Leaders and managers join scheduled interviews, your executive team joins the closing 60-minute readout, and during the Analyze stage we would like time with your data analysts to help us understand, validate and normalize the data across different teams — everything else is handled on-site by HaloEffect.

    What does the audit cover?

Five lenses viewed as one connected picture: Space (environment and amenities), Service (reliability, timing and consistency), Hospitality (arrival, attitude and care), Journey (moments, transitions, connections), and Systems (tech, AI and digital alignment).

What does the $15,000 fee include?

The full four-week engagement for a single site: all observation, interviews and analysis, the three deliverables, and the executive readout. Multi-site engagements are scoped separately.
